| Teen Challenge of Texas seeks
to: "Evangelize people with life-controlling problems and initiate the discipleship
process to the point where the student can function as a Christian in society
while applying spiritually motivated Biblical principles to their families, local
church, chosen vocation and the community. Teen Challenge endeavors to help individuals
become mentally sound, emotionally balanced, socially adjusted, physically
well, and spiritually alive." |

| Teen Challenge is a Christian residential program that takes a minimum of 13 months to complete. The training program provides education, pastoral counseling, Bible study and vocational/job training so that the students' lives are not only transformed, but empowered to succeed. |
